Returns and Exchanges Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction and hope you enjoy your purchases. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please carefully follow the guidelines below.

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in the same condition as received:
- Unused
- Unmodified
- Not disassembled
- Free of gas or liquids
Do not remove the valve from any cylinder. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for cylinders with removed valves.

To start a return, you must contact us at info@cylinderhub.com before returning or exchanging any items. Once approved, we’ll provide additional instructions and the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may apply.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
